Intermediate Clogging– Instructor is Cassie Jenkins. This class is for those who have taken the Beginning Adult class and are ready to move onto newer and harder steps. It is also a good place for a clogger who had a lot of experience as a youth – but hasn’t clogged for a long time. (We are very flexible the first month or so for those who are new to the studio and aren’t sure which class would be best for them. If this isn’t the right class – you can either try the beginning class if you feel overwhelmed or the Advanced class if you feel bored.) Whatever class you choose – you will love Cassie’s laid back, fun and creative class atmosphere. This is a performing class – but no one is required to perform onstage if they do not wish to do so. If you choose not to do so – you will still learn all the danced – but just own’t perform! Be ready to get your heart rate up and work up a sweat as you enjoy clogging in this class! This is a one hour long class/week and is $40/month. Multiple class reduced rates do not apply to this class.
**Please note that clogging shoes are very expensive. They run between $98-$106 new. We sometimes have used shoes that students from previous years have outgrown or are not using but there is no guarantee we will have a used shoe that will fit you. Shoes must be ordered mid-August in order for good supplies of sizes to be available. If you sign up for this class – you will be contacted about shoes. Please note that Cassie requires a white buck-tap styled shoe.
