I grew up here in Star Valley and am so happy to call this wonderful valley home. After high school, I received my bachelor’s in Special Education and was so excited to be offered a job back in Star Valley. I currently teach at Osmond Elementary and enjoy working in education. Upon moving back to the valley, I met my wonderful husband, Brandon, and we now have an adorable baby boy. I love spending as much time as I can with my family! We love being outside hunting, camping, fishing, riding horses, and enjoying the mountains. We also enjoy sports, watching movies, and playing card games. I have been dancing my entire life. I am Dezi’s oldest daughter and spent a lot of time at the dance studio growing up. I was in my first recital when I was 2 and have been dancing ever since! Over the years I have taken ballet, jazz, tap, tumbling, lyrical, contemporary, and clogging from a variety of different instructors.  When I wasn’t dancing at the studio, I enjoyed performing in the school choirs and participating in Musical Theatre. I also enjoyed a variety of dance courses in college. In addition to my 4 years as a dance teacher, I have spent several years being a substitute dance teacher and a teacher’s assistant. I have loved being able to continue the dancing tradition that started with my Grandma Diann and has continued with my mom and myself. Dancing is just in our blood. I love the opportunity I have to be a part of the studio and watch students grow in skill and confidence throughout the year.  My favorite part of the dance studio is the end of year performance! I love seeing all the parts come together to create a show and watching the kid’s hard work pay off as they get to dance and perform on the big stage under the lights. I look forward to working with your student(s) and watching them shine at the end-of-the-year recital!
